Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Sulis Laser Clinic provides service and products to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood our terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to booking a consultation or purchasing a treatment or product from us. Using our site, booking a consultation, booking a treatment, making a payment or placing an order with us indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions and privacy policy which also includes our Covid-19 terms and conditions. The following constitutes a legal agreement between a buyer (“you”) and us with respect to our website service’s and products, the terms of which are set out below. You must be at least 18 years of age to agree to and enter into this Agreement on your own behalf.
Covid-19
To support your health and well-being, we closely monitors the official guidance from health authorities, local governments, and the WHO and will work within these guidelines. Sulis Laser Clinic has a strong and existing standard on hygiene and sanitation and operating in clean environments using PPE and has been active in preparing to go back to work safely. We have also worked with medical professionals to develop enhanced safety guidelines for the clinic which go well beyond HM Government’s guidelines. Our professionals have undertaken additional certification, pledging to uphold the highest safety and hygiene standards. Booking a consultation or treatment, making a payment or placing an order with us indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions, which also include our Covid-19 terms and conditions: You agree you have done your due diligence and are fully satisfied with the Covid-19 safety guidelines and PPE provided at Sulis Laser Clinic and agree to strictly follow these guidelines as well as the official guidance and isolation guidelines from health authorities, local governments and the WHO whilst at the clinic and at all other times or you will be held fully responsible for placing yourself and others at risk. Sulis Laser Clinic will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time at this unprecedented time however should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance as soon as possible. We do not accept liability for delayed or non-delivery of the treatment or appointment. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience at this time.
Appointments and cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately. We will need to know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before the 48 hours, will result in the loss of the treatment. We require 48 hours clinic working days, notice (current clinic working days are; Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm). Failure to cancel or rearrange before the required 48 hours will result in the loss of the treatment and/or deposit being redeemed. You may also be required to pay for all future treatments in advance.
Payments and refunds
You have 24 hours to cancel the service, beginning the time you make a payment (assuming you have not yet undergone a test patch or a treatment or been given/taken a skin care product, in which case you forfeit your right to cancel). Any products or homecare products that are given or taken out of the clinic, with any treatments already taken will have to be paid for at their full current price and any complimentary free treatments included in the offer will be void (if for any reason the remaining treatments are cancelled). I understand that any deposit or payment made is strictly non-refundable, if I wish to discontinue treatment, whether I have started my treatment course or not. I understand treatments paid for but not completed, will expire exactly 9 months after the date of the last treatment undertaken.
