How does the treatment work?
You’ll see both immediate and long-term results, and it can help to refine and minimise the skin pores, pigment changes, reduce excessive sebum, fine lines, and post acne scars. We will start by adding a carbon solution to your skin. Once applied, it looks a bit like you’re wearing a mud mask. From there, we will begin applying laser energy to your skin using a laser hand piece. You might hear a soft snapping sound or feel a light tingling. The laser energy works to break up any pigment, and stimulates the buildup of collagen, which can help minimise those fine lines. It also results in the top layer of your skin being exfoliated. What to expect?
We offer a free skin analysis and consultation for clients before any treatment. At your free consultation our highly experienced practitioner will asses your skin and go over the treatment in detail. The treatment can be performed on the same day as your consultation after assessment. The treatment takes around 50 mins and you may experience some redness due to the laser heat but this usually settles down after few hours. We recommend having the facial once every 4 to 6 weeks depending on your skin concerns.
